Glowing Skin

Friday 23 April 10 18:15
Hi!!  I know I talked about sking a while ago (On page 6), but on that blog, I was talking mostly about your face.  Now, I am talking about all of your skin.  There is skin all over your body.  The parts I am going to pay most attention to are your arms, and legs, and am going to mention a little things about your face, but I think I covered most of that in my other blog.
Now, I know that summer is coming up, so I am going to be talking about that mostly, in my next blogs.  In summer, you want the best skin to show off because you are no longer wearing pants, or long sleeved shirts.  WE are probably getting into wearing clothes like shorts, and tank tops.  So you have to show off your legs and arms, because there is no other ways to do that.  Follow my tips to get healthy skin, and you will rock summer!
Now I am going to talk about your legs first, because that is where there is more to talk about.  The first thing you want is smooth, not hairy legs.  Some people don't need to shave yet so this part won't be a problem for you.  If you have hairy legs like i do, get rid of it by shaving or waxing.  I started waxing, and it took forever and didnt get all my hairs out, so then I switched to shaving and it is a lot better, but it does hurt really bad when you get a cut, so if you be careful, you won't have to worry about that.  Some people like waxing.  Some like shaving.  If i were you, I would start with waxing and switch to shaving if you don't like it, but it's your choice.  After you have no hair on your legs, you wanna get them smooth and make them glow.  I recommend that you moisturize your legs at least once a day, maybe twice.  I always do it once in the morning to make it look pretty, and once at night, to make it get moisturized over night.
With your arms, there isn't to much to talk about, but I think I should cover every possibility that might happen.  Now, most people (like me), get tons of cuts and scrapes on your arms.  Some put band-aids, some just leave it be.  If it's red or bleading, but a band-aid on it, but if not, leave it be.  Now I think a big turn-off is when you have scrapes, or band-aids all over your arms, so if they are high up, where a t-shirt that almost, or does cover it up.  If it is lower, like your elbow or lower, cover it up with a band-aid, but make that band-aid a color that sort of blends with your skin.  It doesn't have to be exactly the same tone, but close enough so it isn't distracting.  Also, moisturize your armsonce a day, so it looks healthy.  You don't need to moisturize it any more than once though.
Another thing that is as less important than both of those but still is important is your hands.  To keep them looking ok, put lotion on them once or twice a day.
Now if you payed close attention to all of the tips, you would have reaized that you need to moisturize your skin on each one, so what I would do, is that I would make certain time to do them all.  In the morning, after my shower, I would moisturize all of them.  THen at the end of the day I moisturize my hands and legs.  I moisturize my hands, then put on gloves, because they aren't as healthy as they are suppost to be, becaue they are still dry from winter, but if I don't put gloves on, my knuckles would bleed.

I am going to add a link that is a video smarty from seventeen.com.  Please check it out.  Thanks.

I just got a comment from kaityiswhite.  She said that she likes the natural glow, but hilights it with healthy foods....literally.  What she does it takes coffee grounds and use that as an all over body exfoliator.  She also said that also lemons, strawberries, and tomatos work as natural sunscreens and sun treatment and makes your skin look nice as well.  (You can eat them, and directly put them on your skin, she says).  Kaityiswhite gave us some great tips.  Check out her blog to find out other ways to look beautiful.  Her blog is www.kaitysfaceofmakeup.piczo.com.  Dont forget to check it out, and comment, hype, and follow. That's it for now.  Bye

also things you can do (the natural way, because im into that); you can use coffee grounds left over from when you made coffee and you can use that as an all over body exfoliator (and it fights cellulite), (but to warn you its really messy in the shower) but its really amazing on you're skin. you like glow afterwards. also strawberries, lemons, and tomatoes work as natural sunscreans and sun treatment and it makes your skin look really nice as well (eating them and putting them physically on your skin)
